The data controller is Patryk Pruszyński, trading as Pruszyński.IT Patryk Pruszyński, ul. Grudziądzka 3/1, 11-040 Dobre Miasto, Poland, NIP (Tax ID) 7431916440. For data-protection matters, contact: p.pruszynski.it@gmail.com or by phone: +48 578 906 106.
When you fill out the form on the Contact page, we collect: your name or company name, phone number, email (optional), industry, number of employees, the interests you select, information about the state of your safety documentation, and the message content. The data is sent by email to our mailbox (Gmail) and is used solely to prepare a reply and a proposal. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and the consent you tick in the form.
If you're a client using the login portal, we process: your email address (for login) and your company's employee data related to safety training (name, training title, expiry date). This data is stored on Firebase servers (Google Cloud, European region). Legal basis: performance of the safety-services contract with your company. If your company uses the client portal, the scope of your employees' data we process should additionally be governed by a separate data processing agreement between us and your company.
We use two categories:
We count which pages are visited, clicks on main buttons, FAQ questions opened, and price reveals on the pricing page — solely as aggregate counters (date, page name, event type). We do not store IP addresses or any other data that could identify a specific individual. This data is used solely for our own statistics and is not shared with anyone.
Service providers we use to run this website: OVH (hosting), Google/Firebase (client-portal login and database), Google Gmail (inbox), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook widgets, only after your consent). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area — in such cases they rely on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Contact-form submissions are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any applicable limitation period for claims. Client-portal data is kept for the duration of our engagement and any period required by law (e.g. safety documentation). Aggregate activity statistics are archived in daily log files with no time limit, but they contain no personal data.
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, write to p.pruszynski.it@gmail.com.
The contact form includes a honeypot field to protect against bots. The client portal requires login, and database security rules guarantee that one company cannot access another company's data. The connection to this website is encrypted (HTTPS).
This policy may be updated as the website and its features evolve. The current version is always available at this address, with the last-updated date shown at the top of the page.
